In order to pay your insurance premium with Sentoo, you must first open the digital invoice link you’ve received from CG United via email or text message. Once you’ve reviewed the invoice, simply click on the Pay Online button to open the Sentoo bank selection page.

After you’ve selected your bank, Sentoo takes you to your trusted online banking environment to log in. All transaction details (premium amount, our bank account number, invoice number, etc.) are already pre-filled for your instant approval.

When using traditional online banking, you run the risk of entering erroneous information manually. This can cause delays in receiving your Confirmation of Coverage.

Conversely, when paying with Sentoo, all payment details, such as our bank account details, premium amount, invoice number, and payment description, are pre-filled automatically by Sentoo. You also receive an instant confirmation that your premium payment has been received successfully by us. As a result, paying with Sentoo accelerates receipt of your Confirmation of Coverage.

If you don’t see your bank’s logo, it means that your bank is not yet offering Sentoo as a payment service. Please contact your own bank for more information or use a different payment method.

All Sentoo costs are absorbed by CG United. Sentoo does not charge any costs to customers. However, traditional online banking fees may still apply, depending on your bank.

For questions about a specific Sentoo payment, you can start by contacting CG United. If a CG United employee cannot answer your question you can contact Sentoo directly through the support page. It is useful to have the Sentoo transaction number at hand.

Since you agreed to the transaction inside your online banking environment, you cannot reverse a Sentoo payment. The amount is immediately debited from your bank account to CG United, similar to when you swipe a Maestro debit card. If you wish to dispute the payment, you must contact CG United directly.

Contact CG United to check whether we have received a duplicate payment. We will refund all duplicate payments. If CG United did not receive the amount twice, contact your bank for further assistance. When disputing a payment it is useful to have the Sentoo transaction number at hand.

Paying with Sentoo is as safe as paying with online banking. The transaction takes place in two steps:

1. Users log in using their online banking’s multi-factor authentication.
2. Users authorize the transaction using their online banking’s multi-factor authentication.

Sentoo takes the security of your personal information as high priority. Therefore, Sentoo saves as little data information as possible and does not receive nor store personal payment information from customers.
